Guardians can register wards online at eGov.kz
Guardians of persons over the age of 18 who have been declared legally incompetent by a court can now register their wards at their new place of residence via the eGov.kz portal. Previously, this service was only available offline in the offices of the Public Service Centers.
Creating a barrier – free environment for access to public services is one of the priorities in the development of the eGov.kz portal. With the updated service, you can now apply for a registration in three clicks without leaving your home, which significantly saves the time and makes the process more convenient.
To get the service, the user needs to:
- sign in to the eGov.kz portal and go to «Citizenship, migration and immigration» section;
- in the «Enumeration and deregistration» section, select «Registration at the place of residence»;
- fill-in the required fields and sign an application using Е The service delivery result will be available in the personal account – «History of Services» section.
Notification on the processing status of the application will be sent within the time limit set by the government agency.
The updated service capabilities became possible thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
