Automatic renewal of permits available on eLicense.kz portal
An automatic mechanism for reissuing permits has been implemented on the eLicense.kz portal. You no longer need to submit an application for renewal if you change the name of a legal entity or your full name. It is enough to reply to the SMS notification received from 1414 and the system will automatically update the data and issue a new document.
To receive the service, all you have to do is wait for the SMS notification and confirm it. The system will then carry out all the necessary procedures without any intervention from the applicant. If additional information is required, users can contact the portal's support service.
Automatic renewal is available for the following services:
- State registration of pesticides;
- Certification of producers and sellers of seeds (original, elite, first, second and third generation seeds).
The updated document will become available in your personal account on eLicense.kz immediately after the process is completed. This innovation allows applicants to save time and eliminate the need to re-collect and re-submit documents.
The new capability was launched thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
