Certificate of service for National Guard officers is now available online
A certificate of service for National Guard officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan can now be obtained online. The new service is available on the eGov.kz portal and allows you to issue an official document in just a few minutes. This solution greatly simplifies the process and reduces the time to obtain a certificate.
The service is free of charge and is available only to active National Guard members. If the data on the employee's duty station is confirmed when filling out the application, the certificate is automatically generated and will be available for download on the status page of the application.
To use the service, the user needs to:
- to authorize on the eGov.kz portal and go to the section «Citizens» - «Military records and security» - «Military service»;
- to select the service «Certificate from the place of work (service) of the National Guard of the Republic Kazakhstan» and click on the button «Order service online»;
- click «Next» and sign the application with one of the available methods of signing;
- the result of the service will be available in the Personal Cabinet of the user in the section «History of receiving services».
If the applicant is not enrolled in the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the system issues a refusal with an indication of the reason. The document is valid for 10 calendar days.
The service was launched in cooperation with the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
