Online service for individual entrepreunership liquidation launched on eGov Business

A new public service "Termination of individual entrepreneurship activities" has become available in the eGov Business mobile application. The service enables entrepreneurs to initiate the individual entrepreneurship closure procedure fully online, without the need to visit government agencies at the application submission stage.

The service is available to individual entrepreneurs and individuals engaged in private practice who are authorized in the eGov Business application. The new service converts the application submission process into a fully digital format and eliminates the need for in-person visits to state revenue authorities at the submission stage. Users can complete all the key steps in the application and monitor the status of their application review in real time.

To use the service, you must log in to the eGov Business mobile app:

  • select the service category "Business registration and deregistration" and proceed to the service "Termination of individual entrepreneurship activities";
  • select the category of tax application: D - "Individual entrepreneur, a person engaged in private practice terminating activities with a desk audit" or E - "Individual entrepreneur terminating activities under the simplified procedure without a desk audit";
  • at the next stage, select the state revenue authority code from the list;
  • confirm consent by checking the boxes regarding data collection and accuracy of information;
  • select a tax authority;
  • sign an application using a quick access code, Face ID or Touch ID.

The public service delivery result and the response of a government agency will be available upon re-entering the service. Upon successful completion of the procedure, the system will display the status "Processed", confirming the official termination of the individual entrepreneurship activities in the database of the state revenue authorities.

"Today, active work is underway in the eGov Business mobile app to provide access to the full range of public services for small and medium-sized businesses. The key stages of the business lifecycle, from registration and development to reorganization and closure, have already been digitized. We continue to expand the capabilities of digital services for businesses, making public services more convenient and accessible", told Daulet Bekmanov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

It should be noted that other digital services related to the termination of entrepreneurial activities are also available on the eGov.kz. In particular, the "Liquidation of legal entities" service has been available to users since 2017. During this period, the service has been used more than 35,000 times.

The service was implemented thanks to the joint work of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
